Eligibility Criteria for Diploma in Tuberculosis & Chest Diseases (DTCD)
1. Candidate must have completed MBBS degree or provisional MBBS pass certificate which is recognized as per Indian Medical Council Act 1956.
2. Candidate should also possess a permanent or provisional registration certificate of MBBS qualification issued by the NMC/ the erstwhile Medical Council of India or State Medical Council.
3. Candidate must have completed one year of internship or are likely to complete the internship.
4. In order to become eligible for counseling, candidate must have obtained minimum 50 percentile for General category (40 percentile for SC/ST/OBC (including PWD of SC/ST/OBC) and 45 percentile for UR PWD) in NEET PG.

1. Admission to this course mostly involves a common entrance test based admission process.
2. Students who have passed their UG level examination with a minimum of 55% marks (45% to 50% for reserved category students) can make application in colleges offering the course.
3. Most of the institutes take admissions through entrance exams like NEET.
4. After the results are declared, a merit list of finally qualified candidates is prepared and candidates are invited for counseling cum admission process by the respective university or college.
